On December 12, 2020, the company organized its annual skills certification for intermediate-level wire and cable manufacturing workers. The assessment was conducted smoothly under the joint supervision of senior evaluators, including representatives from the Fengnan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Mr. Wang Lianxin—former President of the Hebei Wire and Cable Industry Association—and Mr. Xu Xiaosong, the Secretary-General of the association.

From planning to execution, the training program received high-level attention from the company’s leadership. Co-Chairman Mr. Zhang Wenyong provided personal guidance, while the Enterprise Management Department meticulously coordinated the efforts. Multiple departments, including Production Management, Technology, Quality, and Equipment, collaborated effectively. Instructors devoted significant effort to course preparation, and participants actively engaged in the training. Both the learning sessions and skills assessment were completed as scheduled, showcasing Huatong Company’s strong coordination and execution capabilities.

To ensure the quality of the training and encourage self-directed learning, the company invited Mr. Li Renjiang, a senior evaluator from the Hebei Wire and Cable Industry Association, to provide guidance throughout the process. The program combined online theoretical instruction with hands-on practical training, enhancing both employees’ theoretical knowledge and operational skills.

The improvement in employees’ capabilities not only fosters their personal growth but also significantly enhances product quality and per capita efficiency within the enterprise. This session served as the first pilot training program for wire and cable manufacturing workers. In the future, the company will continue to offer more skill development opportunities tailored to industry trends, organizational needs, and employee aspirations.
